2. Description of Service

Firegrid provides firewall policy analysis and optimization tools. The Service includes a cloud-based platform and an on-premises agent that collects firewall traffic and configuration data to generate policy tightening recommendations.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Firegrid does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be error-free.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
