Billing FAQ
How does billing work?
Monthly subscription billed on the anniversary of your sign-up date. Overage charges are calculated at the end of each billing cycle.
What counts toward my log allotment?
All syslog data ingested through the Firegrid agent. Configuration data pulled from your firewall’s management interface does not count.
What happens if I go over my log allotment?
On the free tier, ingestion pauses until the next billing cycle. On paid tiers, overage is billed at your plan’s per-GB rate.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel or downgrade anytime.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Not at this time. All plans are billed monthly.
How do I pay?
