Your Data, Your Control

Firegrid is built for security teams. Every layer of the product is designed around one principle: you stay in control of your firewall data.

Your Credentials Never Leave Your Network

The Firegrid agent runs inside your network. Firewall credentials are stored locally on the agent host, encrypted at rest. They are never transmitted to or stored in the Firegrid cloud. The agent uses them locally to pull configuration and apply approved changes.

You Approve Every Change

Firegrid does not make changes to your firewall without your explicit approval. You review every proposed policy change before it is deployed. A full audit trail records who approved what, and when.

Encrypted in Transit and at Rest

All communication between the agent and Firegrid cloud is encrypted. All stored data is encrypted at rest. Authentication tokens are short-lived and automatically rotated.

What We Collect

The agent sends traffic metadata (source/destination IPs, ports, protocols, actions) and firewall configuration (policy rules, address objects, service objects, interfaces) to Firegrid cloud. We do not inspect packet payloads or application content.
